1. Who we are

This website (payment.coralsays.com) sells registrations for the International Workshop on Computational Nanotechnology 2027 (IWCN 2027), April 19-22, 2027, Hsinchu, Taiwan. Registration payments are collected, and receipts and Taiwan e-invoices are issued, by CORAL SAYS CO., LTD. (桐語有限公司), Unified Business No. 62077502, 3F-2, No. 192, Minsheng Rd., East Dist., Hsinchu City 300, Taiwan ("we", "CORAL SAYS"), on behalf of the IWCN 2027 Organizing Committee. This name appears on your card statement and receipt.

2. Account and eligibility

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Use the same address you used for abstract submission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the attendee details you enter, including when you register on behalf of another person.

3. What you buy

• Each purchase is one seat for one named attendee in the selected category (Regular, Regular IEEE member, Student, Student IEEE member, IWW only, IWCN + IWW regular, IWCN + IWW student), either in person or by streaming where offered.
• One seat covers one accepted paper. An author presenting more than one paper must purchase one seat per paper. The Indico abstract ID may be entered at purchase or added later until March 8, 2027, 23:59 Taipei time (UTC+8). An abstract can be linked to only one seat.
• In-person seats that include the IWCN main conference include one Conference Dinner ticket. Extra Meal Packages (Conference Dinner plus boxed lunches during IWCN 2027) are an in-person add-on purchased with the seat at NT$4,800 (USD 150) each.
• Student rates require proof of full-time student status at the time of the conference. Registrations without valid proof may be charged the regular rate or refused.
• IEEE member rates require a valid IEEE member number at the time of registration. Registrations with a member number that cannot be verified may be charged the non-member rate.
• On-site rates are paid at the venue and are not sold on this website.

4. Prices, currency and payment

• All registration fees are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are charged in TWD; the TWD amount shown on the plan and at checkout is the price you pay. USD amounts (USD 1 = NT$32) are for reference only. If your card is issued in another currency, the final amount on your statement depends on your card issuer's exchange rate and fees.
• How to pay: one-time payment by credit card through NewebPay (藍新金流), the payment provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure hosted form; we never see or store your card number.
• No subscription: each registration is a single one-time charge. There are no recurring or automatic charges.
• Payee: payments are collected by CORAL SAYS CO., LTD. (桐語有限公司) on behalf of the IWCN 2027 Organizing Committee. This name appears on your card statement.
• Early rates apply to orders paid by February 26, 2027, 23:59 Taipei time.

5. Invoices and receipts

A Taiwan e-invoice (電子發票, Government Uniform Invoice) is issued for every payment through our e-invoice provider. A company tax ID (統一編號) can be entered at checkout if your institution needs it; the e-invoice is then issued to that business. Otherwise it is issued as a personal invoice without a carrier so that the PDF can be downloaded. An English Invoice / Receipt (PAID) that references the e-invoice is also provided for reimbursement.

6. Service delivery

Registration is a conference service; nothing is shipped. The service is provided at IWCN 2027 on April 19-22, 2027 at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, Hsinchu, Taiwan (IWW on April 19), or online for streaming registrations. A confirmation and receipt are emailed within 3 working days after payment.

7. Cancellation, refunds and substitutions

See the Refund & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: requests received by February 26, 2027 are refunded in full less a NT$1,600 (USD 50) processing fee; February 27 - March 19, 2027: 50% of the registration fee; from March 20, 2027, or no-show: no refund. Author registrations covering an accepted paper cannot be refunded after March 8, 2027. Registrants who cannot travel (for example, visa denied) may switch to streaming; the fee difference is not refunded. Name substitutions are free until April 9, 2027. Refunds go to the original payment method after the conference; bank and card charges are borne by the registrant.

8. Changes to the event

The Organizing Committee may change the programme, speakers, schedule or venue; such changes do not entitle registrants to a refund. If the event cannot be held in person, for example because of circumstances beyond the organizer's control, it may be moved to a different date or held online, and registrations remain valid for the changed format. If the organizer cancels the event, registration fees are refunded in full. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs.

9. Conduct and liability

Attendees must follow the conference code of conduct and venue rules. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the registration.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes are subject to the courts of Hsinchu, Taiwan. Questions about registration, payment, invoices or refunds: iwcn2027@iwcn.nycu.site, phone 0970-801-637 (+886 970 801 637).
