FAQ
Do I need an account?
There is no password. When you click Register you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Use the same email address you used for abstract submission so your paper can be linked to the registration.
Can I register for someone else?
Yes. One purchase is one seat for one attendee and covers one paper. Enter the attendee's name, email and affiliation at checkout; receipts are sent to the email you signed in with.
Which currency am I charged in?
All fees are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are charged in TWD. USD amounts (USD 1 = NT$32) are for reference only. The amount in your card's currency depends on your card issuer's exchange rate. The payee on your statement is CORAL SAYS CO., LTD. (桐語有限公司), collecting on behalf of the IWCN 2027 Organizing Committee.
How do I pay?
By credit card through NewebPay (藍新金流) in a single one-time charge. Card details are entered on NewebPay's secure page; we never see or store your card number, and there are no recurring charges.
Will I get an invoice or receipt?
A Taiwan e-invoice (電子發票) is issued for every payment; enter a company tax ID (統一編號) at checkout if your institution needs it. An English INVOICE / RECEIPT marked PAID is available under My Orders immediately after payment for reimbursement. A confirmation email follows within 3 working days.
What about the Conference Dinner and extra meals?
Every in-person registration that includes the IWCN main conference comes with one Conference Dinner ticket. Extra Meal Packages (Conference Dinner plus boxed lunches during IWCN 2027) for accompanying persons or IWW-only attendees cost NT$4,800 (USD 150) each and are added at checkout (in person only).
Can I link my paper later?
Yes. The linked paper can be changed from Your registrations on this page until March 8, 2027 (Taipei time).
What if I need to cancel or change the attendee?
Cancellations requested by February 26, 2027 are refunded in full less a NT$1,600 (USD 50) processing fee, then 50% until March 19, 2027, and nothing after that. Name substitutions are free until April 9, 2027. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
Is anything shipped?
No. Registration is a conference service provided at Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, Hsinchu, Taiwan, on April 19-22, 2027, or via live stream for streaming registrations.
